Kemba is one of the best players in the league this year. Anyone who voted "no" doesn't understand the current market value of a max contract.
Some players on a max deal this year: Otto Porter, Chandler Parsons, Mike Conley, Gordon Hayward, Harrison Barnes, Hassan Whiteside, Enes Kanter, Wesley Matthews, Bradley Beal, Mark Gasol, Andrew Wiggins

he has 2 things on his side here...1) he's the best CHA player ever and 2) they don't have a choice. what you gonna do ? let him walk? absolutely not, he's the only thing going in CHA, literally!( or swallow hard and trade him NOW but to whom?)
Now hoop heads would love to see him say NYK for a 4 yr max but if he's happy underachieving in CHA for max$ he may just take it. they're going nowhere without 2( or 3) other good players while KW is in his prime.

Yeah, that's because he listed all the guys on max contracts who are worse than Kemba. None of those guys are good value contracts except for Beal and Gasol when he's actually healthy.
