Imagine all the extra complaining if we were playing a guy even older than Kanter who was helping us win games.

Actually, maybe not much complaining because if he was here and playing well, maybe we could've pawned him off to a contending team at the deadline.

I can't see a team taking that contract for a 33 year old guy with no offense. I guess I'd have more faith if we were able to trade players like KOQ, Kanter and Lee last season.

In order to make a trade work, we would've had to take shytty contracts back though they'd have to be expiring contracts.

The Knicks fuqed up. Noah should have been playing.

They definitely been fuqing up from the moment they signed him. Y'all really want another vet getting minutes over the kids now? idontbelieveu.gif

Kanter plays.
We were talking defense but benching Noah.

We could have found 10 minutes a game for this dude.

Stop making up excuses as to why he wasn’t playing.

I'd rather see mitch foul out every single game than to watch Noah play in any.

There wouldn't be any playoff teams where adding Noah will put them much closer to the Warriors. I think that's overall making it harder to trade average players. Teams nowadays are just waiting out the Warriors or tanking themselves.

Watching Dallas x Houston.

Boy am I so glad that Jeff insisted on winning a few games last year with Jack and Burke.

And I'm 100% on the side of those posters who maintained that it was important to keep vets like JJ "onside" so that the Knicks could recruit more vets the next season. And play them in order to be able to recruit more vets next year. And so on recursively.

Spoiler:
Luka is beyond even my ideas of what he would do. Just engineered 3 fouls in about 100 seconds on Harden whilst running an efficient offence and playing strong D.

I agree he's a great player and this franchise is stupid but he's 1-9 right now, we have plenty of dudes who can do that

of course you snap trade all of those dudes together (bracketing salary cap issues) for Luka if given the chance.

Despite his early struggles, I'm happy with Knox over Ayton. In a redraft I would pick him ahead of Ayton with no hesitation whatsoever. McDonough couldn't have done a worse job rebuilding the Suns.

finished 7-17 21pts 7reb 3stl and with the W - in part because although Harden had a great stat line 35 on 11-22 with 8ast he also had 5 fouls (engineered by Luka) which limited him.

DAJ with the 20 bounds as well.

Every single game, playing the vets. Not only did that win meaningless games to drop our lotto chances, but we didn’t even give the kids the chance to go through the ups and downs.

We don’t just find one way to screw ourselves over. It really is an art form.

Luka + KP with cap space would’ve been nice.

Don’t get me wrong, I like Knox and fully support him. But Luka is enjoyable to watch.

Let’s hope we get Zion + KP with cap space. If there were ever a chance to rig the draft for us again, this is the yr. NBA has Boston, Philly and LA back to being relevant. We need that 1st pick.

Imagine all 3 + 50 mil in cap space.

Knicks blew it last year. Hopefully, we get some lottery luck b/c make no mistake, they will try their best to screen themselves in this draft too.
