Parkers 2nd year at $20 million is a team option. So any team that trades for him could see him as an expiring.

I'm going with Waiters due to his 3 year deal. Unless he is going to medically retire which I doubt, if he is so injured so bad that he could be medically retired then I'd go with Mozgov.
