You’d hope that at 27 and 7 years into his professional career that Vucevic would be a better C than Bamba currently.

We had ‘prospects’ at nearly every position already after 7 seasons of lottery finishes, so whoever we picked was going to create some duplication unless we took a PG. Shai would have been great. But apart from him, the rest would have been battling with Gordon/Isaac/Fournier/Ross for minutes on the wing - and they’re all presently better than the rookies mentioned anyway.

Not even a question with the prospects on the board at #6. Okogie or Lonnie Walker would have been great picks with Shai for this team.

Last night Irving sat out and Rozier had 16 pts, 6 asts, 6 stls on 6-10 FG in 32 minutes.

I'm still very interested. I really do think he could thrive in a starting role playing 30+ minutes a night.

Especially if the cost to acquire him at the deadline is JSimms.

I don't know what kind of offers they'll get, and Simms can be a contributer for next season at a reasonable price. And could be easily moved if needed.

I can't imagine us giving up much more, would be a costly acquisition if we choose to keep him

It was that awfully-officiated Nuggets game where the Magic were getting screwed. And where Murray(?) got away with a lot worse. I wouldn’t read too much into that.
