Had it to 15, but played really nonchalant it felt like for the next few possessions...
Idk if the arena atmosphere is what it sounds like on the FSOK broadcast, but it's dead silent.

Paul George is unreal.

it wouldn't be a display of westbrook athleticism without 4-5 consecutive defensive possessions with his hands on his hips not moving.

I don't mind (that much).

Knowing that Westbrook still has it is as comforting as it gets.
He has shown that he can defend, he shows that he can score at will, he only has to put it together, but this is not the time where it matters.

did it matter the first four games of the playoffs last year when ricky rubio outplayed him?

it all matters.

you know it's bad when dennis schroder, defensive savant that he is, has to throw his hands up in abject frustration after westbrook abandons his man yet again for no reason at all.

westbrook's defense in this game has been the worst i've ever seen it.

That game turned in a hurry. I'm carrying on with my usual "only boxscore follow for weeknight games" method. I checked about 10ish minutes ago and we were up 83-75 and next time I check (10 minutes later) we're down 94-86. That's a pretty quick 19-3 run. What the heck happened?

PG hasn't score a point in the 3rd quarter either. What's going on there?

No size to cover for Russell's play. He has to recognize that.

We stopped attacking the paint. No more free throws, no more midrange shots. Only outside shots and PG13 only attempted 3 shots I think. First half PG13 was on fire and Westbrook was in attack mode :(

Yikes...went and looked through the play-by-play. Didn't realize we were up by 15 at one point in the 3rd.

Definitely feels like a loss, now. Let the home team get so much momentum they outscored us by 18 over the final 8 minutes of the quarter to take the lead into the 4th.

I agree. Westbrook's 3rd quarter defense was absolutely atrocious. Didn't get to catch much of the first.

They key is Russ. If he isn't engaged it ruins the whole defense.

Great win considering we were missing 2 starters.

What was Westbrook doing at the end?

so abrines played six minutes i don't think it's still too much to ask what's going on with him? the milquetoast thunder media is going to pretend nothing happened or what?
