Aaron Donald: Los Angeles Is \'A Football Town Now\'

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Tue Jan 29, 2019 1:27 pm

Headed to the Super Bowl in their third season back in Los Angeles, the Rams feel like they\'ve transformed the city.

\"It\'s a football town now,\" Aaron Donald said.

L.A. has 10 major sports franchises, including professional soccer.

Thousands of fans dressed in all shades of blue, white and gold sent the team off at a rally in Inglewood on Sunday.

\"For being young in the sense that it\'s still growing, for us to have that showing the other day was special and it shows the backing that we have from our fans,\" Brandin Cooks added. \"We thank them a lot and we look forward to hearing them loud and clear come Sunday.\"

Nah, you're just in the Superbowl, of course you're going to see the support. It's still a Lakers town

Or a movie town, or a music town, or a business town, or a giant, cosmopolitan mega-city with a diverse populace and cross-section of commercial and industrial enterprise. Like you said, Phila: If you're just listening to one radio station, you're not getting all of the news.
