Way before my time, but his stats are certainly not flattering.

Or Armond Hill

At least Hill could run a 3 on 1 break

Bembry is an army swiss knife, he is fine on offense as long as he is not trying to score or shoot. He is Draymond Green for wings.

You mean you don't appreciate that sweeping hook shot that he bangs off the backboard every time he shoots it?

I don't like Fultz, but if he can be had for a bag of chips, then why not...

I think a change of scenery, less pressure/spotlight, CLP, and Chris Jent could salvage Fultz.

10 million a year is kinda pricey for a reclamation project.

I think for where this franchise is, they can afford to take a chance of getting a player that COULD, MIGHT, and /or POSSIBLY resemble the player that was highly thought of coming out of college.

Now, it should be cheap but I'd gamble on him. With a solid core already and a draft, if you swing and miss, nothing lost IMHO.

If Dedmon were in our future plans, I might agree.

But if it's Dedmon for Fultz, the price is 30 games or so of Dedmon, for a lottery ticket... and make no mistake, it's not as-if Fultz has *never* shot well... I'm in.

Well, of course I am... that's part of "sturt's mega trade of 2019." :D

I said he's a lottery ticket. What more do you want me to say, peoria? As for you, I'd like to at least hear you acknowledge that there is huge upside.

Bingo. Some forget that Fultz put up 23/6/6 shooting 50% from the field his Freshman year at Washington. 41% from 3 on 126 attempts. He’s shot well in the past, will his shoulder orbit nerve heal and can CLP and Jent get his head and shot straightened out. What a story if they can.

Moreso referring to the fact that they're desperate so would offer too much. We could match but shouldn't.

They need a PG and have playoff ambitions, we will assuredly be outbid.

Fultz is a high ceiling project at best, in near term he is not going to help anybody get to playoffs

The fit with ATL actually makes a lot more sense, i bet Sixers want Prince/Dedmon - they need wing depth and outside shooting desperately

Placing bets on young players is a good use of cap for now - and Schlenk / Riley’s track record is good

Return to Atlanta Hawks
