Yeah, it is. And the problem is games like this where he thinks he can get going and keeps chucking away. Especially in the 3rd quarter he was just looking to get his while jogging around on defense...

This was a great win overall. It really sucked that the refs did their best to keep them in the game all night long, but we prevailed. Felton with some big shots, Burton as well. Patterson was not hitting anything offensively. I liked that the whiny bitch Nurkic did more whining than scoring. Russ needs to just stop shooting for ****'s sake.

I like him a lot more than any of our forwards on the bench, including PPat ...

0 points in 23 minutes, way to step up when roster is depleted ...

I just don’t get it. It doesn’t feel sustainable if he keeps doing this. He doesn’t have to shoot well but we can’t survive 20 fga per game if he’s this bad. I can’t understand his thinking.

I think it's him trying to get his shot back. But I just don't think that this is the way to go. If you can't make any jumpers, you need to limit yourself to good shots. When he's forcing the issue like this, he's just taking a bunch of trash shots. None of them are in rhythm, none of them are open.

anyone point out how cohesive the team looked with felton instead of schroder? same thing against sacramento. schroder is better than felton, of course, but the difference really is not as much as some would have you believe.

If you think Felton can play like he did in the second quarter consistently, sure. How'd he do in his second shift, where they lost their lead until PG took it back? Schroeders been killing for them since new years, embrace him

I maintain that burton is a better overall player than Andre Roberson.

you're aware that schroder bench lineups w/o pg are horrific, right?

Burton should have been with the team all season and he clearly is one of their best shooting guards if not the best. This team is really fun to watch right now and PG might not quite be the player KD is but he's damn sure pretty close and is having an MVP level season. I don't know that KD could be doing much more than what he's doing right now and he's a better defender than Durant. Still would like to see Patterson either waived or just permanently benched but other than that they really are clicking on offense and offensive efficiency is what's winning games these days in the NBA. The fewer weak links you have like Paterson out there the better off you'll be and he just can't get anything done anymore. Westbrook needs to get his shot back once the playoffs start. It really is amazing to see him shoot so bad consistently. He's struggling in his transition to becoming a pass first point guard but give him credit for sticking with it.

Been saying it for months, Burton must get some minutes. Would definitely play him over Nader or Diallo. The guy can play. His stroke is a thing of beauty, looks like a natural shooter. Reminds me of a bulkier Michael Redd. His defense seems pretty solid too.

On the game itself, it was a total effort for 48 minutes, one of the best of the year. But the thing i absolutely can't get over is those idiotic quick 3's while leading 7, 10 pts with couple of minutes to go. Milk the god damn clock!

Guys, let's not step all over ourselves with the Burton love JUST YET. The guy has played less than 200 nba minutes at this juncture.

It's unfortunate that its probably too late for Burton's mvp campaign this year.

When do the thunder have to decide on Burton?

I'm checking now. Not sure if days of service are public or not. Can be hard to track.

How did your PPat > Grant, Burton out of the league, and rest of the projections just for this season turn out ?

And please, recall my PG = KD at the beggining of the season ? What was your projection on that again ?
