Celts fans gonna be quick to cite Irving's absence if they get housed at home.

And 4-1 last year in the playoffs without Irving. No reason to cite him if they win or lose.

You can live in the past if you like, but this year and last year's squad is totally different

Sixers squad is way better this year. I'm more just pointing out your mistake with Irving.

Celtics are a 500 team without Irving.
This Sixers team is gelling but they are much better than last years.

JB, TR, and JT should get plenty of opportunities tonight to show that they don’t need KI or GH to win.

Kyrie wants to show his presence is needed since the Celtics will end up losing this game which creates the story of OH WITH KYRIE It would've been different when in fact with or without Kyrie they would've lost.

How about we let them play first?

Is there reason to believe GH will not be a part of the win or loss?

Lets see you do it in a series this year. Sixers just swapped out 6 players, takes time to gel, more than 3 games at least.
They JUST made giant trades, and it was STILL a one possession game. You should be ashamed that your team couldnt play better against guys who basically just met.

Don't feel ashamed. Feel more like we just banked a W. Still, it wasn't you who tried getting into us before the game was even played, I guess.

Recap:
Celtics win. Hayward led all scorers with 26/4/3 in just 28 minutes. I guess they needed him after all. :D

Bump for the doubters. And I don't really care for the C's.
