Clayton Kershaw has taken a step back from throwing because of inflammation in his throwing shoulder, but he doesn\'t need an MRI and is taking anti-inflammatory medication.
Kershaw is expected to play catch on Monday, but the Los Angeles Dodgers haven\'t specified how much he will throw or at what distance he will throw from.
\"It\'s just the shoulder, probably inflammation getting ramped up,\" Dave Roberts said. \"Says he continues to feel better. When he will throw a baseball, probably soon.\"
Kershaw will start on Opening Day for the Dodgers.
