Yup im almost fed up with him. He has no leadership skills whatsoever. Can’t handle egos, probably too kind of a person to get into his players faces. Don’t have the guts to bench players. Im also not a fan of his no emotions interviews and quotes. At this point, i wouldn’t mind if he gets fired after the season. Truly pathetic. and don’t say for a minute thats its not the coaches fault.

Been a fan since the 70s....I'm over this team---they've SUCKED from the opening tip of the season...Hayward was rushed back/given too many minutes--and it killed our chemistry....we got too many guys on the last year of their contracts also.

Yup. and im sure there are a lot of teams ready to get brad the minute he’s fired. The thing is, coaches like him, are best for slight rebuild teams, as he is good at getting players to over achieve, and with less expecrations. I don’t think he’s the right coach for a championship caliber teams with a bunch of star egos.

This is the NBA.

Until we add franchise tags the power is 100% in the players hands. So when your player is Kyrie Irving you're ****.

There is nothing we can do, Kyrie has the franchise handcuffed and he's a horrible leader. Whatever that says about him as a person isn't hard to figure out either.

But we're a franchise with a **** leader and nothing the coach can do will change that power structure.

Been trying to figure out the issue so I came to this board to see what the fans who follow most think it might be.

I wish coaches could lay into players like they used to in the NBA but once Sloan was forced out by Deron Williams there was really only Pop left. An entire league of coaches who feel like they’re walking on egg shells with their stars all the time and don’t want to push them.

I’m sure you guys will figure it out soon. Lots of talent.

He lost the team...there is no way back now. There are different types of coaches. Brad is great for teams with less talent to make them play hard, where he doesn't have to worry about rotations, egos.
His offense sucks, and he is horrible at in game adjustments. That is why they always suck in the 3rd quarter.

The FO has a lot of blame in this too. You cannot change the past, but maybe from now on they will cash in on their assets when they are at a high price. They suck at drafting if it's not a top 10 pick.

I don't know who is behind the idea to shoot that many 3s and play the %, but the assistant GM was saying that they did the right thing in game 7 last year. That it happens...and you have to live with it. Well...sometimes you cannot make a 3, how about try something else? It's not all about analytics.

I'm not in any way saying he's been great this season, but you don't fire a VERY good coach just to make a change especially when there's no potential replacement that's as least as good.
