Giannis Antetokounmpo Scores 34 Points, Leaves Game With Potential Ankle Injury

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Fri Mar 29, 2019 4:50 am

Giannis Antetokounmpo left the Milwaukee Bucks 128-118 win over the Los Angeles Clippers after suffering an apparent injury in his right ankle area.

Antetokounmpo went down holding his right ankle after dunking the ball in the 4th quarter. He missed two games last week with a sprain in the same ankle.

Khris Middleton picked up the slack with a season-high 39 points.

No biggie, I think Philly will eliminate Milwaukee from the playoffs regardless of whether Giannis plays :wordyo:

If the Bucks were going full throttle then Giannis would be averaging 40 minutes and not 32. The idea that the bucks are trying to overachieve in the regular season makes no sense.

Maybe if his name was Denise instead of Dennis.

Uhhh you clearly haven’t followed the Bucks even a little this year. He plays 30 minutes a game as opposed to 37-40 like last year. He’s been all load management.

Middleton picks up the slack with 39 points lol
I don’t think Harden has anyone that can crack even 20 on that underwhelming roster. Just another case why Harden easily wins MVP

The Bucks, before last night's game, had scored +12.9 per100 in over 800 minutes with Middleton on the floor without Antetokounmpo this season.

Harden is the MVP, agreed. I wouldn't say "easily," but he is the MVP.

No, no, of course not. This hall of fame idiot point guard next to him can't catch a ball.
