That's awesome. The building sold a little over 2 years ago for $3.8 million...can't believe how long ago that era in hip hop was.

Man half of brooklyn has been " rezoned/renamed" cause of white people coming to the boro. Parts of Bushwhick has be turned into "east williamsburg" for they can feel safer about the area they coming to.

Parts of Bedstuy is called "clinton Hills" so it sounds better for white people moving in.

You dont know how many white people I have seen move to BK and when they get to a bad neighborhood, which was called something else by the Landlords etc...they like
