Hoffa finally paying dividends!
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

How long until Hess just starts staring at Hyde?

Watching the Raptor game, following box score only.... surprised they took Hess out with a no hitter going.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Only 82 pitches too. Thought maybe he got injured.

Pillar 1-16 to start year... not that I'm keeping track or anything.

Brutal swing from Gurriel to strike out on

With three KOs including one with the tying run on 3rd, and an error that led to a run earlier, Gurriel is not exactly doing himself any favors in his quest to secure an every day job.

wait until we face some of the more elite pitchers and teams in this league. :blank:

going to be a long season folks!

This is what most of us were expecting though. We're going to be so bad -- in a good way. I am honestly enjoying this season a lot.

How can that be true? He's our best young player. You must be reading the stats wrong.

Nice comeback. Fell a bit short. Good to see Grichuk had a good game. Disappointed with Sean Reid-Foley's performance. Pannone was great. On to the next one.

There was actually a market for Donaldson though.

Just my oblique and facetious way of revisiting the JD catastrophe.

There actually might be less people in the Rogers Centre than on this board.

How many of the Jays games this year have been scoreless through 5 innings. All but one, no?

edit: went back and checked, they've actually scored a few times in the 4th inning.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….
