Raiders Send All Scouts Home Ahead Of Draft Amid Internal Mistrust

The Oakland Raiders have sent all of their scouts home for the weekend and they\'re not expected to return before the draft.

Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock made the decision. The belief is Gruden and Mayock don\'t know who to trust and wanted to clear their draft room.

Mayock is conducting his first draft with the Raiders.

And we thought that crazy behavior would end when Al Davis left. Seems like it found away to shows it’s face again

The S^^tshow in Oakland didn't leave at all. I think the years of whatever crazy behavior that resides with the Raiders has trickle down the organization over the years that it's become their way of life within the workplace. All of that instability creates mistrust and chaos in organizations. It can last for years.
