The experience in the arena has changed a lot. There is too much stuff that gets hyped during the breaks. ..

The Grand Dancers, Young Bucks Dancers, Hoop Troup, Rim Rockers, Bucks Beats, Milwaukee Bucks Dancers.

I think the NCAA tournament is more attractive because when the game breaks they don't go full on pomp and circumstance. It's a chance to breath, talk to the people next to you and when the game resumes so does the event we came to see.

I dig Melanie Ricks energy she hosts the contests and is a supportive and positive fixture.

With Joe it's all big. Big belly, big hair, big mouth. I have hosted some small stuff and hyping ain't easy. Like two sugar free red bulls 20 minutes before go time. Keeping the mic right also isn't as easy as it looks when running around.

My suggestion is... when the side events come on... just nice soft intro. Ladies and gentlemen the blah blah blah.... they do their thing, and recognize outro. I think the casual fans probably feel more obligated to watch that... because they told you to ad nauseam.

I guess if I was performing as a dancer/rim/beats the more crowd attention the better I'd feel - But you're just a small part of the experience. I dont need to know 'lt's Billy Raaaayyyyyy with the doublllleee flllliiipppaaaarrrooooonnniiii Hhhheeeyyy!!!'
Just alternate different genres of 'energy chunes' play and let the crowd do as they please.

Use light more to influence atmosphere, changing levels really affects energy and is instantaneous.

And, some of the attendees (when they are there) really do suck. I know it will improve, but it is a little embarrassing frankly.

This is a good point. I've always hated the Bucks' arena production, with all the extra sh*t, it just feels like a circus. All the forced chants and "clap your hands" bs. Playing Top 40 songs from like 2009. Could you imagine if the NBA hired some actual artists and went avant garde with their arena production?

I hear Streetlife is still available

Are they closing the Pano Club for the rest of the playoffs? Got a ticket offer ($225+$10fee) for a all-inclusive buffet, bar and ticket combo. Not a horrible deal if you were planning on eating/drinking at the game, just sucks that they will be closing off one of the few gathering spots inside the arena. The FF doesn't seem to have a lot of areas where you can meet someone without feeling like you are blocking the walkway/standing in line for food.

Cool to see all the fans outside at Fiserv for game four and greeting the Bucks as they got off the plane, hough it looked like a healthy number of team employees made the trip down to St. Francis. The Celtics really need to feel us in Milwaukee.

I know the rail seats up there were reserved for ticketholders for the first round game I went to. The question is if only the rail seats will require that food/drink package (maybe give wristbands to those people so they can access the buffet/bar) or will they also sell tickets without reserved rail seating up there and just deny all non-Pano Club ticketholders access during the rest of the playoffs.

I was able to transfer mine yesterday on the website. Are you using the app? I haven’t tried that yet.

Ι was listening to the Lowe/Arnovitz pod, and Arnovitz was saying that most NBA arenas these days channel fake crowd noises through the speakers. He said in Orlando he kept hearing these excited fans cheering and all he could see around him was people eating and looking at their phones. That's such a crazy combination of sad and hilarious

Anybody know how they are charging this round for parking in the 6th/State lot? It was $30 give or take during regular season but assume may be higher.

It was $40 vs Detroit. I don't know about yesterday because I am parking on the street from here on out.

Edit: Sorry, I was talking about the garage on 6th and Juneau (NE corner). Not sure on the one you were talking about.

Is it really true that there are more women's bathrooms than men's?

Yup, which is fine if there was just a few more mens bathroom. The lines are just crazy long for the men's rooms. I RARELY see a line at a womens room

I think there are the same number of men's and women's. But the crowd is 80% men.

You’ll also find 14 all-gender bathrooms in addition to the 18 men’s and 22 women’s rooms.

They really need to have some trough urinals on each level that can shuffle in hundreds of guys when the forum is packed. It was bad on Sunday, wait until a packed Saturday night game where everyone comes in after a few drinks at dinner.
