Let’s wait and see.
Kawhi specifically asked to be traded to the Lakers before Pop stuck it to him and sent him to Canada.
Hes giving everything he has to the Raptors and that’s noble. He’s a true professional.
But maybe his heart is in LA and with the Lakers.

That may be true.
I still think that his stronger emotional attachment to SoCal is the differentiator in his decision this off-season even if the advance to the Finals.
I just hope he doesn’t chose the Clipps.

So Knicks saying they're going to try to trade Zion for AD... Obvious move, especially if they know KD is on the way...

Also, AD alone is probably more attractive than Ball/Ingram/Kuz... That said, how does it work financially?

And it sort of changes things for us... Makes getting Kawhi basically a must... Because we've seen what Kyrie/LeBron and almost an ideal supporting cast can do, already... Which was contend but not really have enough to get past GSW...

Now if we're looking at KD/AD/?... In the East...

IDK... I just think LeBron/Kyrie isn't going to get us where we want to be unless Ingram and ball make big leaps.

If we strike out on both Klay and Kawhi, no problem.

We have Ingram to start at the two as an elite defensive SG, and who’s gonna guard him on the other end?

Ball, Ingram, LBJ, Kuzma, (Vucevic?)

I have a feeling Pelinka and his Rob Lowe face will get what he wants from Linda and Jeannie, whether he asks for it or not. He’d better produce a few unicorns and a Pegasus and a Bigfoot this summer. He potentially just cost us West just by being here. Let’s hope all the bad judgment left with Magic but I still think our GM should be mentored in the art of franchise building before building our franchise.

Someone like logo would be good. Ryan West?
