If we're still looking for a max FA signing, then this doesn't work salary wise

I have yet to see a possible trade scenario for AD before the new league year due to salary matching restrictions. Even after the moratorium, nearly everyone would have to be traded to match AD's salary without using cap room, which then takes the max FA off of the table. Is there something I am missing?

I just hope Jeanie and the Rambii won't do anything stupid with the pick.

Darius garland please
Warspite:

Prince + filler for Kobe Bryant
To be honest the way Prince has played and with Kobes injury/age/mileage Im not sure I would do that deal either. Still Prince is more important and he wins the head to head battles with Kobe.

It’s crazy

I simmer the lottery so many times today.
Lakers never jumped

However. I did have the pels jump to number one 6 times in a row

And Zion doesn’t look happy
I. Feel bad for him

New Orleans May hands down be the worst nba city
USA Celtics in full effect. Amazing chemistry building experience right there for the main core of the team

Proceeds to finish 7th and shames the entire nation!

Lucky to get into the top 4, yet unlucky to get into the top 3. So close to getting one of Zion/Ja/RJ.

And please, for the love of God, don't trade a top 4 pick for an often injured AD who will be a FA next year. Yes, a ton variables are in play. Zion could turn out to be an outright superstar and entice AD to stay or another team can trade for him and go on a deep playoff run, but I don't care.

Stand pat and draft the BPA.

Taking a quick look at who's available at #4, I hope it's traded away for immediate help.

It's just that I think we should draft a decent center. I think Bol Bol could be a decent C in this league. Besides, I don't think the Pels will just trade away AD now that they have the chance to draft Zion. If I'm the Pels I would gamble on AD + Zion line up before considering trading AD. I'll give it a shot until before the trade deadline.

I don’t see the Lakers keeping this pick. They are going to trade it to please LeGroin.

You’re not missing anything, signing a true Max player is unlikely so it’s not something that is necessarily going to happen.

IDK so we really have 1 trade target right? AD?

So does AD still want out (yeah maybe) or not? If not who are we trying to trade with?

I actually think AD will stay until FA or be traded for Taintum and a bunch of picks and Randle is on the market.
I would into getting Randle back in the mix at a fair price depending on what FA serves us up. (probably Butler)
