NBA office - "We need more money, we need more games."

NBA referees - "A few calls here, a charge there, we will do thy bidding, my master."

Portland, what a joke. Lillard, what a fool.

Lillard - "We can't win, get me some help."

Lillard - "I am so great, spend the entire salary cap on me."

No respect for losers, those who never win, who demand every cent and then lose and lose. Tom Brady, Larry Bird, winning was how they were known, not some magical money count like the PGA has. This also goes for the current Celtics roster, one player has nothing but shame.

May Jake Layman escape that farce and return to where he was.

Marv Albert is still out of prison, still commentating?

Last game he got the teams mixed up.

Hurry up and win Bucks, so you can be swept by the Warriors and the draft can start. Would rather watch Tacko Fall measurements and awkward Henri Drell interviews than ugly basketball, with flailing and flopping and cheating and crying.

Looks like Lowry is hungry for success, or maybe just hungry. Some say he is like Alf, and has several stomachs.

Raptors have given up. It's all over. No soup for you.

Imagine not buying a keyboard with a non-broken enter key after all these years.

FlatearthZorro wrote:Not true, everything comes super easy for Davis. Last season, dude averaged 30/13/5/3 on over .500 from the field. Dude is just WAY more skilled than Giannis. For Giannis his determination is crazy and he finds ways, but Davis can score 30 with his eyes closed. Davis and his Pels never had anything close to a all-starish wing and it's pretty hard to compete vs GSW, they did put Mirotic on Durant in last year's playoffs.

Yet Giannis' TS% this year is over 3% higher than AD's best season. He's indisputably the better passer/playmaker. He's a better slasher and gets to the line/finishes at the rim more. Also, a MUCH higher percentage of his FGs are unassisted. Indicating he's a lot tougher to guard 1 on 1. Again, I don't want to **** on Davis because I like him a lot (and desperately want him on the C's), but Giannis' dominance this season is something Davis has never achieved.

Giannis, is just a Freak with that last step to the bucket.
It's like a circus trick.

Raptors are doing a lovely job of sealing the paint to make things tough for Giannis. Also doing a number on the offensive boards. Antetokounmpo can't run if they don't have the ball.

Conversely, if you can secure the defensive board, you can try to run against the Bucks and find early scoring opportunities. Much better than going up against their set defense. Next season, this is what the Celtics need addressed. We got longer with our wings but we're still among the worst in rebounding. As much as I love what Horford brings to the floor, he just can't rebound consistently and sometimes gets pushed around like he's Olynyk. Baynes helps us with boxing out and offensive rebounding, but he can't play much against smallball lineups.

Bucks outscored us by 65 points in the fast break and off offensive boards alone.

KD update alert.

https://clutchpoints.com/warriors-news-kevin-durants-manager-has-no-idea-if-hell-play-in-nba-finals/

In an interview with Jason Gay of the Wall Street Journal, Durant’s manager Rich Kleiman admitted that he has no idea if the All-Star forward will recover in time for the NBA Finals. He hinted that Durant’s injury is serious, saying that KD only misses time when the “injury is real.”

Do I believe? I don’t know. I honestly hope so,” Kleiman said. “He’s got about the highest pain threshold of someone I know, so when he misses time, it’s because the injury is real.”

They really should know if he's coming back, or not.
Finals don't start 'til May 30th.

Transition attack so important against the Bucks. Toronto running whenever they can.
Raptors also doing a good job sending timely help and meeting Giannis in the paint.

31-10 Toronto advantage Toronto bench.
Brogdon 0-6 0 points...

Leonard and Giannis both contained but Raptors bench killing them.

Bucks half-court offense not creative/potent enough. Now struggling against the Raps D.

How about Norman Powell stepping up these last three games? Raptors must be thrilled with that surprising gift. Take your points where you can get them. He must have scored more since game 2 than our entire bench in our series lol.

Raptors may have cracked the code. Control transition, control the boards. Bucks scrubs looking scrubby right now.

When Ibaka kind of looks like OKC Ibaka and VanFleet gets it going and even hits a 3 off the backboard, Bucks are doomed. We have a series now. Bucks better win game 5 since I think Raptors crowd will be be nuts in game 6.
