So who do you absolutely not want at 16? If you had to pick 1

I think Langford looks like the biggest bust around there. Nassir Little has jump shooting concerns but his form looks translatable, Langford’s shot looks bad to me. Always shoots a different way and super slow. And obviously any center/power forward falls into this category for me too.

Gonna be honest. This is the first draft in a loooooooong time I have no knowledge of and have no intention of looking into before draft night, lol. Going to try out not getting my hopes up about players I might want and instead just get my hopes up about whoever the Magic end up picking. Also that way if there is a player I don't want and we take them I don't have to talk myself into liking the pick :P

Like you said any PF or C is an unacceptable pick. I think other than that there are players that I would pass on depending on who is on the board at the time.

I'd actually love to make a deal with Boston 14 & 20 or 22 for 16 and pieces. Considering they don't use those for AD>
A scoring guard.. never heard of one.

He was playing with a broken thumb since November, I'm think he'll pan out. I'm VERY skeptical of KPJ, don't think he'll make it in the league, too many red flags including his personality.

Personally, I don’t think I’d want Nasir Little, Washington, Bol Bol, maybe Porter, and probably Herro even though I’m on the fence still.

Not worried about the measurables at this point especially if we've talking about jalen hands. He seems pretty explosive, quick first step and plays above the rim. Decent jumper and has a quick trigger with it. He's like a jrue holiday type of player offensively. I would take a flier on him, problem is I have no idea about his draft range or if he has one.

There's an abundance of wings available around our pick, which is pretty fortunate. Not many I'd be unhappy with, if they come with WeHam's endorsement.

I'm really warming to Herro as my 2nd favourite option behind NAW. He could land anywhere on a spectrum from Stauskas to Redick to Hayward. I know he has his negative wingspan and all, but despite that he seems to do well to get his hands in lanes on defense when guarding on the perimeter. I believe Clifford could get good defense out of him. Meanwhile, he has a craftiness to his scoring. Good footing, uses fakes well, pulls up quickly. He could possibly come in as a Ross replacement and scoring spark off the bench.

Turns out if you draft players that can actually get minutes on the court they can succeed.

It means nothing about their future. Middleton, Draymond, McCollum, Gobert didnt make it Payton, MCW, Noel, Waiters did.
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

biggest surprise to me is Mikal Bridges...generally considered the safest, mature, NBA-ready pick, highest floor 3&D...put him on a crappy team with a lot of minutes and he didn't even get empty stats. I was shocked he dropped to 10...but then again, I would've taken Okafor over D12

I never liked Bridges.

One of the problems when "versatility" is listed as a prospect's strength is that it can also mean he doesn't do any one thing well. That's Bridges. He's just kinda..there. Good defensive player, which will keep him in the league for a while, but that's all. I was so scared we were going to reach for him at 6.
If you see something suspicious, say something suspicious.
