If Henry goes 145 he needs to play the long game like GSP and pick that spot carefully. He’d be crushed by the majority due to size. He’d need to find a smaller guy who gets the title and challenge then.
Moreas looked huge vs him and he was around 155. Some of the 145ers would be bar 170

Now that we know that Henry is the GOAT fighter it's about time we start talking about him being the GOAT athlete.

It's just crazy to me because Moraes has been brutally finishing all the 135 contenders...Aljamain, Rivera, Assuncao. Then Henry finishes him?

Plus, little know fact...Henry has a gold medal.

Moraes dominated round one. Henry looked like he was just gonna stand outside there and get picked apart. Once he got that clinch the whole fight changed though. I'm not sure why he didn't work harder to get outta there?

I was so impressed with Tony though. Nobody knew what to expect there. Cowboy is a game fighter but even though he did touch him, he just couldn't back Ferguson off. And his style is so fast and chaotic... A great striker and scrambler. I think he would give khabib alot of problems.

Rumble/DC vibes there. Just wait out that initial storm, let his cardio deplete and then bring the fight to him.

As soon as the GOAT got into boxing range and Marlon wasn't able to get him out of that range, that fight was 100% over. Cejudo's will and fighting mind is something to behold.

Praying to the MMA Gods to let Dominick Cruz get healthy enough for a fight against Cejudo.

Damn, Cejudo is for real. What even happened, how did he do that? All of a sudden, he worked himself into punching range and started landing within Moraes' combo punches.

Im going to have to re watch in slow motion.

Then, that clinch!

Second round was one of the greatest in MMA history.

Damn, I am not a sufficiently progressive dude, cos I thought it pretty **** up when they re-played the Eye KO with the sound. They do that for men getting KOd but I especially did not want to see for a woman.

Also, Tony looked like a monster. Conor is not ever going to take on that challenge, I can't think. What a misery to have that dude bushwacking you for 25 minutes.

Nate and Khabib are probably two of the most uncomfortable, pressure fighters in the game. And Tony's up there with them, for sure. What a nightmare. Him vs Khabib has to happen.

Yes, but who finished third? (Must've had a late growth spurt).

Riddle! My man. He's killing it in wwe right now. A natural fit there. He had some MMA barn burners too. Great dude.

I thought 3 was jon jones maybe. Looking closer I can see the similarities with Daley though
