I can say that I got a strong message that the Knicks are extremely likely land AD in a multi-team trade. Congrats! As a Bron fan, this sucks but the cards fell in place for the Knicks.

Start creating realistic Beal trade offers. I wonder what it would take to get him. There's no doubt that we have the assets. His contract is pretty friendly in today's NBA and he's a very good player. Perhaps, we attempt to get Beal to pair with KD and potentially Kyrie. Beal's contract is good enough where the Knicks would retain max cap room even if they acquired him before the draft.

I meant that Beal could potentially allow for 2 max FA's with his deal. AD's is just slightly over the cusp. Beals is slightly less. Under this scenario, the Knicks would have to trade their assets for picks and other future compensation that doesn't sit on the books.

That rumoured NOP demand seems completely unrealistic to me. Maybe the Bucks would do Middleton + Brogdan - although I don't know what their pick situation is. But is Giannis+AD as good a fit as Giannis+Middleton+Brogdan? I assume Irving is gone from Boston and they have no other all-stars anyway. Could the Raptors do Lowry+OG? Maybe someone can sign&trade DWade or Dirk?

I'm all about trading for B.Beal but i'd get a big man that can be a PF/C combo because we'll need to give that help to M.Robinson down low. I mean unless D.Jordan is gonna re-sign to play with KD on the cheap then give me the Beal trade, K.Durant and then get J.Randle or even N.Vucevic who i think is very underrated and if we put him at PF to play with a guy like M.Robinson or D.Jordan who bring the defense then Vucevic would be a great get to play PF and/or C.

That's a team that would do great in the east fo sho.

That team still has limited potential due to PG play. I like DSJ but not as an orchestrator to lift a championship team right now. He's better served as backup to a veteran until he keeps getting better. I'd make a move for Conley before Vucevic. You need guys who can switch the PnR. Vucevic and Randle aren't necessary in today's NBA. I'd rather have more Ariza, Iguodala types and a good backup center. PG is critical though.
