Yeah that is a really bad look for the org. You can't pressure a player back like that. It's not a sprained thumb.

I think Durant wanted to play, if for nothing else to show that he was tough. I'm sure the Warriors were encouraging him as well (how aggressively, I don't know). This was just (potentially) the worst case scenario. I don't think Durant would have suited up solely due to team pressure and until I hear otherwise, I think this is the most plausible scenario.
