This. I was in the arena and had the same experience, I was watching the play and in no way cheered for a injury.. there is some idiots who clearly did like the guy court side but man people are searching for a reason to hate Toronto and it's kinda funny and sad at the same time.

What those fans did is what it is, I just wonder how many of those people defending them have been the same people that were quick to crap on Philadelphia fans for stuff a few idiots did 20-50 years ago...

Hopefully this turns the light on for some people...

Sadly the media may make a big deal of this, but it's just a non-story.
You were at home, not the game.

Hilarious watching Raptors fans try to excuse their scummy behavior. IF this had been in Oakland and it happened to Kawhi, tyhe same fans making excuses would be screaming bloody murder. Raptors fans are scum.

They gave him a standing ovation which even he acknowledged. I'm not a Raptors fan either. But this is being so misconstrued it's sad and ridiculous.

You should say what a few of those fans did. Also the video I posted was from 2018. If you are referring to my post

Haha, eating horse poop isn't offending anyone lol. It's just insane.

Anyway, my point is just that there are idiots and people let their emotions get away with themselves in every fan base. Don't judge a whole fan base on it.

What's done is done. No point in harping in the past about booing. The booing should be on GSW management for letting Durant play.

Some of the blame should be directed on the players who wanted Durant back asap without knowing the full scoop of the seriousness of the injury.

The drama/mind games as to when Durant is coming back.

There is no way GSW didn't know that this could be a serious injury if he played. The omission of guilt is written all over Bob Myers's face.

straight up trash.

Over on the Nets board over the years Raptor fans have been some of the worst trolls to come on our board causing crap, so to see how their fanbase behaved last night in front of the world is nothing surprising.

Cheering injuries in a game thread. Saying he deserved to be injured and "anything goes in the finals". No, we aren't that desperate.

And I agree with that also. Some of my Eagles friends are actually laid back also. So no not everyone is. Of course. But to make a thread making it that way? Come on now. That's just baiting something out of anger or being a talking head.

Especially after ignoring that when the fans realized what happened they gave him a standing ovation, chanted his name and he acknowledged them. I thought that was awesome.

They should be mad at the Warrior not at the Fans. They knew rhis was a possibility. I did not cheer and hope he rehabs on the Warriors dime.

Then tell them to suck it. He will get a max contract in 2020.

Yeah, but after the Raptors players had to literally to tell their own fan base to STFU. I saw at least like 15 fans waving goodbye to Durant and cheering staring at him when he was on the ground. Both the Warrior players and the Raptors players were baffled.

and then there is this. Look at all these fans cheering and waving goodbye. Quit protecting Toronto on this, it's not the correct take.

People are the same everywhere. Every fanbase would have some douche people who do things in the heat of the moment.

A bunch of fans also gave him a standing O and chanted his name as he left. But lets ignore those fans right?
