GS's defense is simply awful if Looney can't play.

I think I read he'll play through it. But he was definitely grimacing in Game 4.

They need him..... it's been really interesting to learn how truly valuable that guy is this postseason.

If this series goes 7 and kawhi leonard averages 30 the next 2 games he will pass up 1992 Jordan for most points in a playoff year, defeat the 73 win core warriors with demarcus cousins having 2 great games instead of the ghost harrison Barnes, defeat the mvp and best record in nba bucks, defeat the 76ers who have one of the greatest cores and defensive centers of all time. This has to be at least a top 5 playoff run ever from kawhi.

Karma is just cause and effect on a macro scale. Not sure what that has to do with mythological figures.

"destiny or fate, following as effect from cause"
Is the general definition. Believing in Destiny is similar to believing in fairy tales.

Karma (car-ma) is a word meaning the result of a person's actions as well as the actions themselves. It is a term about the cycle of cause and effect. According to the theory of Karma, what happens to a person, happens because they caused it with their actions.

Karma is more like if you cheat or abuse people all your life, eventually the consequences may come back and directly affect your life in a negative manner.

The same goes for being kind and generous to others. People may say good things about you to others which in turn may cause them to treat you with kindness and generosity or they themselves treat you in kindness back without giving a second thought and you knowingly or unknowingly realizing that those good things happened to you came from your own actions.

Believing that the actions of a few fans would directly affect the outcome of this series is however based purely on fantasy and there really is no correlation between the two.

Warriors better take care of Looney. He was a 30th pick and is putting his career/health on the line by taking a big risk.

He should sit out game 6 and fully heal instead of taking a risk and making his injury worse.

Exactly. How much does Looney have in the bank? He has to start thinking about his next contract...

I'm curious, is it insecurity that causes you to make comments like this or just plain dickishness?

Lowry has continued his choking playoff ways, he has had 1 good round this entire playoff run and that was against Bledsoe. The one guy Lowry can outplay is Bledsoe who got destroyed by even rozier last year.

Siakam was benched pretty much the entire 4th quarter last night for playing so terrible. Every big moment this guy looks shook, he's an obvious choker you can see it in his face. Terrible 3 point shooter, terrible driver terrible at everything offensively, he's a 6"9 eric snow, all he does is get garbage points off the attention leonard receieves.

Kawhi had to be 1992 Jordan just to get the 2 stooges this far in the playoffs but he's got another thing coming if he believes this is a reliable support cast long term in the playoffs.

Remember that the medical staff had originally recommended that he not play in game 5. Looney was the one who requested a second opinion. That doctor concluded that it was a case of pain management: contact (or breathing hard) would hurt like hell but he was not at risk of worsening the injury. So it was a matter of how much pain Looney can tolerate. After discussing with the original staff, the decision was made to clear him for game 5. So yes, he's in a lot of pain but Looney has already said that he will just have to tolerate the pain. He is one tough dude, a real warrior (no pun intended!).

It's less about Looney being good and more about the alternatives being so bad / flawed defensively.

While I agree that the Raptors have been the better team thus far we're now in elimination games and the Warriors have been here many times previously and played their best with their backs against the wall. I can definitely see that Toronto advantage shrinking.

good on golden state for making it interesting, but this series is over.

You're kidding yourself if you think this series is definitely over. GS will rally behind KD and has to be the favorites to win at home. And then in Game 7, anything can happen.

I am rooting for Toronto but leaning towards this happening. Curry and Thompson are so good let´s not forget.

Wish there was some way both franchises lost the finals this year. Between scumbag GS front office/medical staff/coaching and the cheering of a torn achilles. Both sides deserve to lose somehow.
