Not to defend anyone here but did the Warriors crowd cheer briefly as well when Kawhi got injured by Zaza?
I remember Suns fans cheered loudly when Kobe went down with an twisted ankle during one of our playoff runs during the Nash era. I forgot which year it was but that did happen.

I know there are good Raptors fans out there and there are a few very good ones on here, and I know people are gonna call me a troll or whatever they want. . . But from my experiences on here and looking at King Raptors fan himself, Drake, I gotta say that a lot of them tend to be bad fans. Passionate about their team, of course. But again, from my experience, they've been mostly disgusting to me personally.
There are great posters like Detective, Uncle Dennis, and others, so I don't want to generalize too much, but just wanted to point out why I would really like to see their team lose. Which sucks because the only guy I don't want to win a ring on the Raptors is Lowry.
Your entitled to your opinion but go check out drakes reaction to the injury or his post after the game..
I wasn't insinuating that Drake was cheering about the injury or anything, especially since he's good friends with many of the Warriors. I was just saying that he's a pretty big douche in general while he's at those games. And while I think what he does is great for the Raptors, as he gets in the heads of the opponents, I still personally think he goes to far.
To clarify though, I know Drake didn't want to see any injuries, I wasn't trying to make it about Drake. But to see so many people inside and out of the arena cheering on an injury is bizarre to me. I hope Magic fans never do that no matter what the stakes are.
Ah ok fair enough, I miss understood. And I agree it's wrong what some people did even if it was in the heat of the moment and about his injury or more about the thought it's a easy path to a championship. That being said I was there and I know a lot of people around me were worries about him more than they were excited so I don't feel like it changes anything about the fan base. Always going to be jerks no matter where you go

Of course they did, but it doesn't further some of the guys here agenda to push hate on a whole fan base so they ignore it

I’m sure it’s been posted here, but that video footage of Warriors fans cheering when Kawhi went down in 2017 was awesome

Have we ever seen fans jump for joy seeing seeing a player we all know is playing injured hurting himself?
I wouldnt dare put this on the entire Raptors fandom, however the vast majority of people in the arena (and as far as I can tell the fans in Jurassic Park) we're estatic.
Every single one of those fans should be ashamed of themselves.

Try being a Heat fan from 2012-2016. Or try to enjoy the 2006 Championship without 20 people simultaneously saying the refs rigged the finals for Wade.
Just ignore the PC police. They are just bitter that their teams couldn’t dream up the type of run Toronto has had to this point. Hatred is just jealousy on these boards.

I think you should gather them all up and put them in the timeout corner. Do something about this miscarriage of justice!

Americans have been waiting for this day all their lives.
They can now die in peace knowing not all Canadians are ''polite''.
Wow who would've thought there'd be some ''bad'' people living in the second biggest country in the world.
Mind blowing.

lol. It was even worse than last night because they actually watched the replay on the big screen and cheered even louder.

No. It's because your fanbase on realgm has been arrogant for yearsUncle Dennis wrote:NoDopeOnSundays wrote:Uncle Dennis wrote:
Why would anyone defend that? Dude saying **** you to her is an idiot, obviously.
Are you saying he taints the entire fanbase though?
I didn't say anything, I asked him to defend it, and here you are deflecting for him.
He's the one bringing up other fanbases, if yall would just say "Yeah that was messed up" as a whole instead of treating this like you're a gang I'd stop posting. If Knick fans do something stupid I don't care, because that's not me and at the end of the day I wasn't jumped into being a Knick fan. Yall are literally acting like this is your set and you have to defend the block
That's because Raps fans are probably the most hated on RealGM, people are attacking the fan base so a lot of us are in defensive mode. Plus a lot of y'all are wrongfully placing the actions of some people on the entire fanbase.
It's probably because we have the most registered users out of all the fanbases (I think).

And Pachulia was 100% guilty of one of the dirtiest plays in playoff history

Again, I know you're trolling but you can't be this obtuse? We've never been in a position like this, we were never arrogant in the years prior while we were sucking. And when I say "we," I mean some of us. Many of us are pretty normal posters.
Also, can't you see the irony in bold?

True but to elaborate on this point, one pretty disgusting reaction from a few fans who obviously reacted terribly in the heat of the moment, will not put a blemish on our city or fanbase. They shouldn't have reacted that way to begin with, but again this one reaction doesn't change our image on the grand stage. Now if it happens continuously it's no longer an abberation and an argument can be made that it's a reflection on the city.

I guess my point is that, don't make it like this is a Raptor fans or even Canadian thing in general. Some human are trash and they are everywhere, among us.

The raps fans defending and justifying this are what bothers me the most, every fan base has some people who aren't very thoughtful or are just **** but I've seen a lot more raps fans online defending what happened whereas with most fan bases you'd expect to see an outpouring of "not all fans are like that, they are ****" comments.
