1 positive that can be taken from this is it gives Ainge a few days to figure out a way he can get a legit pg before going in for Davis. If he can’t, knowing Kyrie is 100% leaving, then there’s no point trading. At least we know for sure Kyrie is out so we can move on and figure out what the next plan is to attack.

Kyrie actually made the decision for Ainge easier. I don't think he puts Tatum and the Memphis pick in. Lakers can have him.
