I thought Spurs fans assured everyone his comments were taken out of context? I'm confused.

Looks like they really did selfishly try and force Kawhi to play. Glad he stood his ground and glad he's out of that franchise and being taken care of with great care in Toronto. Players need to be protected.

But I thought the Spurs players never turned on Kawhi and had his back the whole time? Tony definitely wasn't dissing Kawhi when he was comparing injuries right?

this is the wrong time to criticize anyone for not rushing back from an injury

like how poetic that KD goes down...almost like the baseball gods are validating Leonard in every way....

Tony Parker is mature enough and has enough other comments to like or retweet. But, he chose to do that and it goes with what we already knew about him. He could have easily just ignored skiup, fake class act.

Kawhi quit on the spurs because wanted to join LA. I like how the narrative has changed. Spurs have a right to be upset.He used his health as a pawn to force SA to trade him.
