Tobias Harris, Nets Have Mutual Interest

Tobias Harris and the Brooklyn Nets have mutual interest in free agency.

Kenny Atkinson's brother, Steve Atkinson, was one of Harris' coaches in high school as he grew up on Long Island.

Harris would be a fit for the Nets at power forward and is young enough to fit in the team's age curve.

The Philadelphia 76ers traded for Harris ahead of the deadline this season.

Julius Randle is the one they should go after. Not as good as Draymond on defense but superior offensively and would setup Russel and Joe nicely.

Sixers...what a disaster of a front office. Got lucky with Embiid being hurt and Simmons was obvious #1 pick. Everything else is a complete mess.

He is the opposite of Draymond on defense. If Draymond is top 3 best defensive player... Randle could actually be top 10 worst defensive player.

The Jimmy trade was an OK risk, the Tobias trade was very short sighted as for everything else post Hinkie terrible.

If they never let go of Hinkie they would be so good. I still believe Hinkie sucumbed to peer pressure when Jahlil was selected over Zinger too. Let the man do his job!

Brooklyn needs defense so hopefully whoever they get is a decent defender.
Maybe they get him through the draft, a
trade or through free agency.

I agree with this wasted all their assets.. That said maybe if Nets are getting Kyrie too there is an opportunity to do a sign and trade here Dlo for Harris if both players agreed of course.. If nets get Kyrie then Dlo fits way better on the 76ers..
