If this was on the table, what would your team offer? Looking for an established player

Possibly haha. To be fair, it fit your parameters and would be what Memphis would actually offer. It isn't the direction Charlotte will go, but everyone else on our roster aside from JJJ and eventually Ja are likely even less appealing to them.

Add 12, Spurs give you Derozan + 19

Harrison Barnes and more cap space (not Batum space, but throw us another overpaid bench guy).

Biyombo expires this year. We wouldn’t give away Bridges for a one year rental.

Would probably prefer 12 to Bridges, but getting rid of Mills as part of the deal certainly has some appeal.

I think the Hornets would prefer to keep Bridges over their 12th pick, so this would be an interesting proposal.

DeRozan, Mills for Biz, Marvin,12

I bet we’d consider it

If the Spurs have any reservations on DeRozan going forward (and I wouldn't be surprised if they did), then I'd be happy with this return. I feel like that money doesn't work well for the Hornets though. It's a big commitment with hopefully re-signing DeMar and paying Mills for two years. Maybe a 29-for-36 swap to help even it out? For the Spurs, I like this way more than a potential trade just for cap space. Getting 12 gives them a chance to find that forward of the future, and 19 will put them in position to draft one of the wings or centers that falls. Even 29 or 36 could be used for a red-shirt player like Okeke.
