Blame is the wrong word, but Kyrie walked away from a title contender. I wouldn't exactly put it past him even if the Celtics were exactly as good as advertised and someone else got more press than he did.

Sure, but mocking Celtics fans for being confident that Kyrie would stay feels a little over the top given his public statements and his commercial.

Kyrie is a closer, a weapon. You need someone like Lebron or Giannis to wield him.

Kyrie is already a Net and imo this AD trade proved it even further. Danny not willing to trade for Davis meant Irving is looong gone and Ainge knows it and might've known it for a while now.

Kyrie was going to the Nets anyways. That's in fact the reason Danny didn't trade for Davis. I mean Danny and Wyc spoke to Irving for sure. Can't believe a billionaire in Wyc took the time to attend Kyrie's movie premiere, Danny/Wyc and the C's did everything in their power to keep this guy happy. He's a weird cat tho, so..
