Johnson is a very simple shooter with at best average defense

I had him going in the early second as well, but anyone know whats the deal with Keldon Johnson being invited to the green room? Wouldn't that suggest enough teams rate him in the top 20 to get an invite or something? Are we sleeping on him?

Personally I'd say they're overrating him

But yes, I'd guess he'll go somewhere in the first, quite possibly even the teens

a lot of teams are quite high on Keldon, much higher than this board him (including where I have him)

Keldon was universally a lottery pick (maybe not on this board) until the tournament ended.

Then he started dropping like a rock on mock drafts. I think a team started putting out bad info on him to sink his stock.

The drop on mock drafts is true for Rui too.

I think the Celtics would want Rui at 14 and Keldon at 20.

My first thought when I saw Keldon slipping on tankathon.com was that the Celtics were putting out bad information on him so he would fall to 14.

Johnson is a very simple shooter with at best average defense, Thybulle is going 15 picks earlier, THT maybe, but he is not a shooter and is very raw, Schofield no chance, his defense is bad, Louis King is also a guy with no defensive upside

I said those players COULD be available and many think they can BECOME 3D guys.

You didn't suggest anyone who could be available at #37 that fits the 3D profile.

I'd still be a little surprised if Thybulle went before Keldon.

Thybulle is like leaps and bounds better than Keldon Johnson

As a college player who's 3 years older - yeah, but probably not as an NBA prospect.

Well done to everyone here who mentioned Terence Davis. He was signed by Toronto after only one summer league game with Denver. Put up good stats in last night’s game for the Raptors too. Why do we think he went undrafted?

1) this draft was actually a lot deeper than many people made it out to seem

2) GMs are dumb
