Foreman looks like he could be really fun. Fast, handles are nuts.

Brantley - 6'7 255 lbs with a 7'2 wingspan. Energy 4 with ball handling and shooting potential

JWF - 6'0 190 with a 6'7.5 wingspan. Tiny, left (!) microwave scorer. Elite efficiency at all 3 levels.

Miye Oni - 6'6 with 6'10.75 wingspan. Typical 3&D prospect. Good one foot athleticism, plays hard, shooting potential.

Check out Oni's assist numbers. He might be better than just 3&D player. It's possible he can playmake a bit too...

Yeah, after second look...his numbers give me a Royce O'Neale vibe. Probably isn't the best shooter or ball handler, but has a little bit of both.

He looks good at both on highlights to be fair... like... not special... but competent at least. I have no idea why he wasn't more in demand.

These guys all look awesome because they're playing in the Ivy and Colonial leagues

PS, check this out. Leque had this planned the whole time. His agent probably told every team to **** off because his client already had two years guaranteed. Another kid skips college, another millionaire.

There were a lot of winners in this draft but in the end I'm leaning towards the spurs. Loved all 3 picks.

With Brantley we pretty much drafted a poor man's Zion with much better shot and 'slightly' less athleticism... ;)

Zanik Press Conference Notes:

- Happy with picks, good opportunity to add depth at multiple positions
- David Morroway secured the first pick. Things got hectic at the end
- Brantley has great energy, dominated in a smaller conference. Fit well into team environment. Physical attributes and motor + developing skill
- Weren't targeting 4 year players, but looked for specific skillsets that could translate
- JWF can score at all 3 levels. Role will change in NBA. Needs to work on playmaking, but it is not a concern
- Jazz have scouted these guys for years
- Defense is what they like most about Oni. He'll be a defender most, open shot maker down the line
- Lots of roster spots open.

The kid from Yale looks like he can stick in the league. He's a strong, mature guard who can shoot, handle and play with the ball in his hands. Reminds me a bit of Wesley Matthews. Not explosive, but strong and smooth athlete.

The kid from Hofstra is interesting. He can really play, but tends to play in bursts. His game reminds me a bit of Reggie Jackson from the Pistons, but he's smaller. That's going to be his challenge. He's 6'1". He can shoot jumpers and floaters, and get on top of the rim. He also looks natural playing in the pick and roll.

I don't know about the Brantley guy. He doesn't look like an NBA player at first glance. Will have to watch him more.

I’m excited most about Brantley, if he pans out then watch out NBA.
Ingles is cooked.

Doesn't look like we are going to get any of these undrafted free agents.

Seems to me that players shine in summer league if they have promise, so we’ll know next month if these guys are legit or not, IMO.

He is a great prospect. It is a little annoying that the jazz waited to 59 to get him though when I feel like they should have taken him at 50 because there was a shot someone else would take him. It was the same way a few years ago with Paige going ahead of Tyrone Wallace when Wallace was clearly the better NBA prospect.

Zion wishes he had a 7'2" wingspan!

Uhhhh, just watched the Jarrell Brantley highlights. Those handles and his ability to run the floor look pretty elite. I’ll admit I have no idea how good those opponents are he is playing against so maybe I’m not seeing the whole picture. But dudes that size don’t run that hard/fast and usually have ball control. Give that man some time on the second unit as a small ball PF and I see some fast breaks happening. I’m sorta shocked at how good he was. His jumping wasn’t elite when he got to the rim, but he was crafty once he got there. He ran to the rim like he was Faried or Draymond....and he seems to have control. Often instead of jumping he did a spin move like he was Millsap or a traditional PF in the post. I’m very surprised.
