Damn Fiz drooling over Randles position-less capabilities.

Uhh, the Knicks were on his list of 4 teams that he would like to be traded to last year. There were huge debates of whether the Knicks should offer KP for him.

I tried to tell these motherfckers we should have done it.

but if we listened to you we wouldn't have this

This is probably the only clip I’ve seen of a player bricking a shot. Really I mean they couldn’t do a 3 shots in a row video

More proof Fiz has zero f*cks to give about defense

Definitely solid proof the Knicks could have an interest.

Last year from his interviews he seems to like guys who can defend. We just dont have any great defenders besides Frank and Mitch

Read on Twitter

This dude seems to be pretty connected in NBA player circles and previously said he heard Kyrie and KD to Nets

Kawhi has every right to choose the Lakers, it would just suck for us and the rest of the nba..

Could have fooled me based on some of his lineup choices and combinations.

Let's assume it was a tank season. Interested to see what happens this year.

Some overall accountability around play, for ALL players, might be nice.

Randle turns 25 in November :o . I’m starting to come around on him if we don’t sign 2 top guys.

Normally you'd think Randle is the profile of a player I don't like. Not that great on defense, chance that he'll get paid out of proportion to his production.

But he's an interesting fit for the Knicks.

They need a PF, of any kind, bad. This doesn't mean they have to throw a bunch of money at anyone, I get that.
He's young, and getting better. Or at least got better years 1-4 and is pretty good, right now.
Defensive players help you win, but so do versatile players.
Randle is a versatile player offensively. He can shoot 3's, puts the ball on the floor VERY well for a PF and EXTREMELY well for a C, where he'll see time
Randle is also capable of playing C, as a mismatch\backup 5. Knicks could use some C depth too.

He'd be interesting at a certain price and number of years. Ideally 2 years, so if the "Randle Experiment" doesn't work, it's not a long time until he comes off the books. Would sort of mitigate if he's the "THJr of PFs"

Same. And I'm against spending money to spend it as a FA strategy, but he fits.

Also, his ability to play in the post, but also creatively from 3 point line on in fits pretty nicely next to a C like Mitch. And while I'm not saying rookie Mitch is career Mitch, Mitch is going to be more similar to what he was last year, then suddenly turn into Hakeem with a jump shot.
Meaning, Randle compliments what Mitch is now and allows him some time to develop more offensively

If you add just Randle and some minor guys, do you think we can make the playoffs?

You know we can both sign Kd and build around RJ. They arent mutually exclusive ideas

Yeah i get that but if Kawhi goes to the lakers with Ad and LeBron their is no reason for him to leave gsw let alone sign with us.

I think with Mitch’s D and adding RJ and Randles playmaking and scoring absolutely. They all have to improve and defense and we have to add Some Knock down shooters.

It's just the way it was meant to be. He's not coming here without some control, regardless of him being on one leg.

KD is coming, and I’d be surprised if he’s not the one dictating who the 2nd max is.

A team full of versatile slashers. I like that idea but wouldn’t work if we can’t shoot.

No RJ with Kawhi here.

And we might have lost him for nothing. At least we got RJ.
