Damn wanted KD to go to the clippers which would have meant a strong chance Kawhi would go there too leaving the lakers option of getting a top player at a slim chance

If it's legal, the Kyrie/Terry/picks for Kemba three team double sign and trade proposal to let us keep our cap holds could be a pretty good deal for everyone involved. It's rare that something ultimately so complicated would be mutually beneficial in such an obvious way.

Kemba to Boston
Irving to Nets
Russell to Charlotte

That would allow the nets to re-sign a few of its free agents to make up for the fact that Durant won't play most of the regular season.
