The Knicks have the most negative fans, I’m surprised mills and Perry are actually going through with the re build

Of course it will be savaged by most here, but I'm clapping right now

Its just BS. They flip there message and plan constantly. At least finish out free agency.

Curious, how exactly did the FO "flip" their message?

If anything, they've been consistent with their message since Perry's hiring. Develop through the draft, don't take short cuts and build this thing organically.

I don't see any flip flopping whatsoever. I see guys double downing on their position.

Statement is fine. The original narrative they floated out there of not even offering, however, was not believable and a tad insulting.

I'm honestly confident enough to say that there is a 0% chance for that to happen.

You said they want to get to .500

I said these aren’t accomplishing that goal

You said they have 40 mil left

Now it doesn’t matter as long as it’s short

What’s the end game? Spend it to spend it?

how would i know exactly who they're looking at ? when you offer only short deals most players won't come. so you get who you can. they're just trying to add enough talent around the kids to compete. i haven't seen the whole thing yet i can't tell you if i think it's gonna work. i probably can't after either because a lot will be based on how good rj is or how much anyone else improves.

Compete

How dare you quote Steve Mills

Seriously Sham

What are they doing? If it’s about hitting .500, you can make better moves than this

i don't know to be true because i don't know who was willing to settle for 2 year deals

Yep.

Randle at least is on the timeline

You don’t need to overpay for veteran mentorship

Randle’s age doesn’t mean that much when it’s really just a 2 year deal without bird rights

Dude you took the words right out of my mouth. I have never seen a more miserable group of know at alls in my entire life. I have been a knick fan since their first championship 1969/70 so I feel their pain but DAMN!! Enough with the whining already! Randle and Gibson are both solid signings that improve the team and decent money wise. Once KD got hurt I personally didn't want to sign him at all, much less giving a max deal. I mean haven't we learned yet from our history that those kinds of deals NEVER work out for us? Kyrie Irving I didn't want at all (See Boston and Cleveland before Lebron). The only thing I was really hoping for (which I knew was pipe dream) was Kawhi Leonard alone or teamed up with KD.

they can keep okogie....we have frank (similar player)

just give me future 1sts...we are the only team that can take on 35 million to clear that for D-lo...we have to do it right????

A short term deal would be good. Gibson is a tough assed competitor that goes all out when he's on the floor.

This isn't a rebuild, in a rebuild you collect assets, not sign awful contracts.

Don't mind they released a statement, as ESPN is laughing and using us right now.

The hate New York gets still boggles my mind.

But if we gave KD the max, they'd STILL be ridiculing us for signing an injured, high risk player.

Can't win with these mthfkers!.
