Utah can't take anyone back, AFAIK. Do the Pelicans have the capspace to take him? Getting him for one year may be a lot better than having to sign him for 3 or 4 at who knows how much.

NO just barely has the cap if Nicolo signs for the room exception and bertans is waived. Feels like maybe this was in the works before the redick signing looking at the numbers.
