Yeah, not really similar to the real world to me. Some companies may be able to just fire you or affect you in an adverse way. In some circumstances like the one you gave you certainly could want to let them know.

Well, moving sucks. If he got traded somewhere where it was a really bad fit it could potentially hurt future earnings. Things can be 2 at once. It really sucks that Kyrie burned us like he did and it was fair play for him to do so.
Exactly. No matter what he did to the Celtics, he has the right to do what's best for him. Why potentially hurt yourself by saying something you don't have to?
