Love it! I thought he played pretty darn good in the playoffs.

A two year minimum contract for him would be just a shade over $4 million so I'm assuming its that.

It's fine. Don't love it. More concerned that these means we really are going to pretty run it back but only with respect to the bench

I love it now that I know it's a minimum. First thing I saw said he was coming on a 4.1M contract. I didn't like that. I think he's as good or better than any other minimum player we'd find. But not worth using any cap space for when there are still better options available.

They didn't have Scott or Ennis for a really long time so hopefully with more time to integrate they become even more useful.

RUN IT BACK!

Love it. He was very very solid in the playoffs. Surprisingly good at taking it to the rim if they closed out too strong.

Funny, I was in the process of typing up a message saying “forget Danny green. Just resign Ennis” this morning and got interrupted. Log back on and saw the news.

Solid, need a ball handler that can create off the bench now.

Good fall back if Thybulle and Smith fall flat. Getting a guy that's playable in playoff situations for the minimum is always a plus.

Yep. Feel the same way about Kyle O'Quinn re: Jonah Bolden

My thoughts exactly. It's always good to have dogs off the bench like Ennis who defend, crash the boards, and keep the defense honest on the perimeter. Solid depth guy.

It'll help the young guys - Thybulle and Smith - going against guys like Ennis and Scott in practice too. Competition is a good thing.

Wiretap has it at 1 year 4.1 I'm guessing that's a typo since everywhere else is saying 2 years. I like it. Obviously not a game changer but he played well in the playoffs and he's barely making more than he opted out of.

It appears to be 2 year for $4.1 million. 2nd year is purportedly a player option.

Bench is rounding into shape nicely. Friday gives us our first look at Shake and Zhaire. If either shows well I'll be feeling pretty good about our bench.

Still think Bolden gets traded. Brown has not been enthused with him.

He looked lost in the regular season but played surprisingly well in the playoffs. If we can expect that, its a good deal.

The ideal scenario now is that one of Shake/Smith/Thybulle ends up taking his spot in the rotation. Not by being given it, but by earning it.

I like him.

He’s no Lou Will. But you know when the starters sometimes plays with a lack of energy. You need guys like these who can provide a spark. He’s great for a talented team like us

He took a cut for the minimum much respect to him. He played well enough in the playoffs (the biggest stage) to demand more. Not to forget he defended the current best player(kahwhi leonard) in the world and did not look completely overwhelmed.

Like I mentioned before the best players in the world are big wings. They have the size of big men with the skill set of guards which make them virtually unstoppable even more unstoppable than guards like steph and Irving. We now have two guys who we know can guard them straight up in Ben and Ennis. Tobi to me who is average defender is still a question mark.

He also mixed it up with Lowry quite a bit in that series. They had words a few times and Ennis never backed down to the challenge.

Played a legit 3&D role in the playoffs and looked good doing it. Solid depth guy.
