Its like he thinks that he will just do whatever does and its up to everything and everyone else to make sure the team wins. Here's an idea, stop shooting threes.

Russ deserves some blame. The roster around him and pg was complete crap. The coaching was crap. If we're unhappy with the state of the roster why wouldn't he be?

Because he is part of the roster and his performance last year and the last two playoffs should embarrass him enough to not blame this on others. Just a lack of self awareness, I guess.

Easier to perform well when the guys around you don't suck. None of this is black and white. If course he deserves blame, but don't pretend he's had a good situation.

Quietly asked for a trade, left the team in good shape, didn't really owe us anything which I know neither did but when you draft a guy it's a little different.

so you believe if PG was a free agent like kd was he would not have left to join kawhi?

the only thing that is different are circumstances out of the players' control. if kd was not a free agent in 2016 and he wanted to play in golden state and asked for a trade, would that have been ok with you?

Yes. If we got a good haul back from GS at the time, I wouldn't hate him as much. If he came out pre that last year and demanded a trade, I wouldn't hate him as much. Walking away from Oladipo and Horford coming in was a pretty big F you directed at us.

But I also wasn't a huge KD fan relatively speaking. So it wasn't hard to devolve into full on hate.

LOL @ the wizards not willing to trade Beal. If the Clippers offered something close to the wizards for Beal and they refused...OMG.

Well I guess they wouldn't make the same offer for beal than for PG13 but they probably were willing to offer a lot.

Slick you are reaching here to a ludicrous extent... like Kev this year pretending he stayed in bounds two feet behind the baseline type reaching.

None of these dudes were willing to leave cash on the table either to build the roster up. Presti, as much at fault as he is for not building a complete roster, definitely tried. He tried his best to get them help, and they flopped. See ya, PG. Good riddance.

If Paul George and Russell Westbrook had both played for 15 million per year we still would have been over the salary cap.

And they would have been overpaid. PG's OKC legacy is getting owned by Joe **** Ingles and getting **** on from 40 by Dame.

That's just stupid.

I'll only say one more thing, KD left, to the opposition that just beat him, when we were 1 win away from the finals. Naturally people are going to be more pissed about that than a guy leaving after 3 first round exits when many of us have already seen the writing on the wall and been clamoring for a rebuild.

PG in OKC : first time top 3 MVP; first time DPOY top 3; First time first team all NBA

would have won DPOY with ''2 healthy shoulders''

Not so bad...

With oladipo, horford, and Domas coming. And **** on Russ and the organization on the way out.

Let's move all other 25 NBA teams to some combination of LA, NY and South Florida so free agency can stop being about which towns have the best weather/night life.

It's time to trade Russ because with Schroeder as our starting PG we are guaranteed to get 14% to win the lottery

I thought Gallinari played a lot(/some) of his minutes as a small forward.
I still have hope that Roberson comes back.

Schroder isn’t starting over Shai.

Time to trade Grant. Our biggest asset right now. Could help several contenders

We traded PG13 after having a career year. Should do the same with Grant.

Wonder how many phone calls Presti has fielded this morning from other teams? Whereas last night he had leverage now he probably has comparatively little as the buzzards are circling the corpse.
