THIS POST DOES NOT MENTION A FREE AGENT TARGET, SO I'M DELETING IT.
SERIOUSLY LETS MOVE ON FROM THIS BORING SUBJECT.

Fun fact: we have more State connections on the summer league team than UNC.

   :D Now that Paul George is being shipped off to the LAC,would OKC have any interest in trading us for Batum,Biz and 3 1st rounders for Westbrook?

Westbrook is a star ... and he's also a freaking disaster. He is the anti-Kemba in terms of personality.

That’s a lot of money to pay your backup PG. If that happened, you’d have to play Westbrook and Rozier tgt. Not gonna happen though.

I wish management had held their fire on finding a point guard. Shaun Livingstone is available, though word is he can pick where he wants to go next. This team needs leaders.

Livingston won't come here even if we offer him more money because he'd want to continue playing for a contender. I hope he and Igoudala sign with LAC.

Livingston is done. Did y’all not watch the playoffs? He could barely make point blank shots anymore. His touch withering.

Seems a perfect target for backroom bean counter Cho in Memphis.

Livingston had a 45.3% field goal percentage in the playoffs. Steph Curry shot 44.1%. I guess it's the end of the road for Steph. He was a great player while he still had it. Although he did do better than Kemba Walker, the last time Charlotte went to the playoffs, when he shot 36.6%.

If only Kemba averaged 4 points in the playoffs while selectively passing up open shots I’d be impressed.

Justin holiday is still available. Think we should sign him just because he could be a good trade asset at the deadline. We need more shooters too.

Nothing about this dude since a report he was linked to about 6 teams and we were one of them. I feel like he is perfect to fill the Lamb role.

And before anyone starts, Monk will still get burn but based on what he has shown so far, we need a backup plan if we are hoping to win more than 15 games. I’d trade Monk before we set the record for the worst team ever... Again

I wonder about these guys...

Marquese Chriss
Dragan Bender
Kyle Korver
Thabo Sefalosha

Did Trey Lyles sign somewhere?

Looking for shooting and young flyers.

These young guys are/were all on my radar (Lyles signed with the Spurs after the Morris mess).

Man, that whole 2016 draft looks rough, but no team had it worse than Phoenix. The young bigs they took 4 and 8 are free agents after year 3 of their 4-year rookie contracts, and they replace them with Frank Kaminsky.

That said, both guys are still super young and I'd absolutely take a shot on one of them if we're going full youth movement.

It's kinda weird we still have 3 open roster spots + 1 two-way.

I'd sign Bender, he's insanely inconsistent but he's flashed enough ability to get another shot in the NBA. It might be in his best interest though to play in Europe for a few years and then try to come back from a position of strength on his own terms.

Justin Holiday signs with the Pacers for $4.8MM.

The Pacers have had a solid offseason.

I suspect we stand pat, why would we try to take a flier on players a la Nets? It’s what we should be doing so of course we won’t.

Chriss had some solid starts last year too
