I still like Jerian Grant and Dragan Bender as projects on two/three year deals. Shane Larkin is interesting, too.
I think Dallas has $11 mil, we have $7 mil in capspace. Like you said teams that are over the cap (no capspace) may still have exceptions $9 mil MLE or portion of it, some teams may have TPEs they can trade a player into, vet mins, etc.
Shane Larkin is working towards an overseas deal.
Bender has offer from CSK Moscow if he doesn't get an NBA deal.
Jerian Grant is horrible.
To Note: Schlenk has indicated he would more than like start the season with salary cap space and one empty roster spot.
