He is not returning in 2019-2020 and the poll literally has 2019-2020 in his title. That's the whole point

Goes to show how much these lists change frequently. Last year Dame was what in that 15-17 range now hes arguably a top 10 player.

Quite the opposite, we have to keep KD in there because we kept him in for all previous polls. That's the only to make it fair.

It'll be interesting to see where exactly a post achilles injury KD ranks among the top 25, like at which exact point, we will be like ok, even a 85% KD is better than this _____ guy.

However Durant is unlikely to play in 2019/2020... so how can he be valuable in a year he doesn't play?

Exactly. The votes would be the same with Durant on or off the poll, so how is it compromised?

The only thing wrong with the poll is that OP doesn't clearly specify what time period we are voting for. I.e. this upcoming season or over the next 5 years?

I might vote Durant soon but not if the poll is only for this upcoming season. I asked OP but he never clarified. Just having 2019-2020 in the title doesn't make it totally clear.

Let's be realistic, 2019-20 worlds best Wheelchair Basketball player still will not be enough good to be even WNBA #11, especially not NBA #11.

just take durant out for god's sake. are we evaluating his post-injury state? are we all doctors?

if this is for the next season, there is no mistake in taking kevin durant out as he is out for the season voted. but this will end up like kevin durant being a not top 15 player is ridiculous.
