I'm a Raptor fan and a huge Siakam fan, and I fail to see where he's been overlooked so far? Do you think that he's one of the top 15 players in the league?

And what's the huge Euro bias exactly? Are Giannis and Jokic not elite players in your eyes?

I dont get how so many people believe in the raptors, they have zero to chance to win it all.

I think he just means Siakam not being nominated yet.

Not sure about the Euro thing.

Still crazy to me that Green is two spots higher than last year after his worst year since the Warriors have been a dynasty.

Durant and Oladipo were ahead of him last year and obviously haven’t been voted in due to injury. Klay May have been ahead of him also?

Dray may have had a terrible regular season, but he was awesome in the playoffs. 13/10/9 on .561 TS% vs. 11/11/8 on .529 TS% the previous year. On/off improved from +4.2 to +16.8. Is it that unreasonable to think that maybe the regular season didn’t matter as much after 4 straight Finals runs?

I still can't believe Siakam dropped 32 8 and 5 on him game 1 shooting 82% from the field and 2 of 3 from beyond the arc.

I mean yeah, Siakam's better, but it's weird the people you're concentrating on. Simmons and Doncic are way more likely to be top 20 players this year than Kyrie, KD, Beal, Blake, or Mitchell.

On offense, sure, but theres doubt that he’s top 15 overall player. He’s not a 2 way player. He misses a lot of games including twice not being able to finish the playoffs. And now he’s apparently a huge locker room distraction and a terrible leader.

The absolute highest he deserves to be ranked would be around 15 based on playing ability and he would be lower than that when all the other factors are included.

Apparently not, at least as far as RealGM’s concerned since this is the second straight year he’s going #16. Personally I’d have him somewhere around #30. High 20s at best. Just among point guard types, I’d have him behind Paul, Lowry, Jrue, Simmons, Conley, and Kemba. I would have him ahead of Westbrook though.

real gm fans and poster act on emotion, receny bias and team bias....not the best barometer. many here can't be objective or rationale when it comes to talking about other teams.

He’s number 16....I said he’s a top 15 player. 12-15 is within the range of top 15 so that would be a fair assessment if one had it. Where’s the disconnect?

His stock is low meaning that he’s not making top 15 here based upon the perception of him as a leader and leading option and his personality in a locker room but before last year’s debacle with Celtics I think he would easily be in the 11-12 area.

Harden doesn’t play both sides of the ball, gobert is useless on offense. Players obviously have limitations and 2 way superstars are Rare and hard to come by but this was not a best 2 way player poll. The bottom line is kyrie can take over a game and win it for you himself and can be unguardable at times on offense and if your gonna over look certain players offensive impact because of the defensive decencies they have then you should be able to overlook defensive impact if they stink on offense
