Stanton could very well be a post season hero for us this October (crazier things seem to happen this season) but it would really put the cherry on top if he decides to want a trade after this year.

OT but this graph is cool, especially the Orioles graph that resembles the 7th circle of Hell.

Valera could be another find for this team he should start every game of this Toronto series, he batted .350 at AAA and plays solid D. Sit Gleyber for this series if you can maybe give him one DH day.

I think they need to sit Judge down the most.

Dude looks befuddled at the plate. I think the umpires calling pitches at his ankles really got to him. He hasn't been right since.

I was bringing up Gleyber though because of his core injury dont mess around you got the Jays and Os no need to mess around. Hopefully Judge can turn it around he does need to sit a game, perhaps move down a notch or 2 in the order.

I'm boycotting this game because that pitcher who looks like a dried up penis is pitching.

I could understand if he were arrested for stealing so much MLB talent for the Yankees...

Jeez, glad he wasn't hurt.

Jesus Christ the Astros lucked out hard with Yordan “Barry Bonds” Alvarez. I really don’t see us beating them. They never have guys bust, and tanking for years plus stealing Alvarez did the trick.

Or Yordan goes full pre-2009 playoffs A-Rod and sh*ts the bed.

I think we're better off without Stanton, he can stay glued to the bench, Tauchman gives us alot more than he does and don't want to see Maybin get cut either.

Posts like this make me think people forget just how good Stanton is/was. His "down year" last year is probably a best ever year for Mike Tauchman

It's not that, we're almost in September and it will take him sometime for him to get the rust out and get his swing back and also be able to play the field. Tauchman/Maybin plays the field far better than Stanton does. Tauchman/Maybin actually makes contact with the ball, Stanton is a strikeout machine and we already have that in Judge, but Judge actually gets on base at a great rate where Stanton does not. I call this a wasted year for Stanton, try again next year . We don't need another power hitter, we have about 5 of those, we need speedy guys that makes contact and hustles. Tauchman/Maybin just fits us much better right now.
