About time NBA legalized teleportation in the league to level the playing field.

As Larry Bird would say,

41 games away, 41 games at home, looks good to me.

Looking at booking my annual trip with the wife. December 27/28 (fri/sat) with the CLE and Toronto games may be the best bang for the buck. Maybe not the most riveting matchups but could still be cool.

This.

If we start 0-4 or 1-3 people will be rioting on this board (which could be extremely likely)

I think [hope] that the diminishes expectations will allow people to be realistic with the season and not over react to wins/lossws.

Looking at the schedule I can't see us losing a game.

Same with you?

They need to understand that they need to actually accomplish something first before being gifted televised games.

That franchise has been irrelevant for a while and with no KD this year they aren't going anywhere still.

Obviously Kemba being so exciting was a big factor, but the league badly wants Tatum to become a superstar.

Lol Nets, that has to be a nice feeling.

Its more than that though— Zion just landed more national TV games. Its the fact that the Nets legitimately have the least fans in the NBA and people generally don't care about that franchise.

To expound, every single team outdrew Brooklyn last year:

http://www.espn.com/nba/attendance

And I dont want to hear that their % filled stat was slightly better— that was just smart planning by an owner. Adding 3,000 seats to the stadium wouldn't have added a single extra fan.

In case anyone is wondering we only get 8 Tacko Tuesday game days this season. Missed marketing opportunity.

Read on Twitter

-Milwaukee with the easiest schedule. Could the league make it any easier for Giannis to get to the Finals?

-30 nationally televised games for the Pelicans is absolutely absurd. It will be even more laughable if Zion is a bust.

-Lakers naturally with the most televised games. It will be hilarious to see all the boring, low rating national TV games when Lebron and/or AD sit out with load management, injury, or other issues.

Expect the Nets number of televised games to sky rocket next season when Kd returns

Bucks get an easier schedule because they don't have to play themselves. I think that whole SOS stat is flawed and don't put much weight behind it.

Agreed about the Pelicans though. League should have made it a flex schedule, just in case Zion gets injured and the team stinks.

Yah, strength of schedule isn't too accurate anyway going into this season, as too many players switched teams and records from last year won't apply.

Even if Zion is healthy, they probably won't make the playoffs. To have a non-playoff team on that many times is dreadful.
