Raptors Championship Video

Post#1 » by daswunderboy » Tue Aug 13, 2019 1:37 pm

Does the NBA produce something like this? Something official and high quality? I think NFL does for their Super Bowl winners, just wanted to know if the NBA does something similar. Anyone know?

They did for the NBA awards show. Not sure if it was posted but you wouldn't want to see it. Basically validated that the Raptors' championship has an asterisk beside it.

Yeah usually there is some NBA TV produced documentary.

It should come out.

No he means like an official video on blu ray.

That all sports teams have for the champions.

I know what he’s talking about and yes I want that as well.

They made one last year for the warriors, don’t see why there wouldn’t be on this year for Toronto.

There was a one hour show from NBA TV called "Sounds of the NBA Finals". NFL films style. I have watched about 10 times on tv but don't see the full version online.

NBA has game by game "mini movies" on youtube:

They cant take it lol it irks them. WE WON. sh** still brings a tear to my eye :)

Yes, that's what I mean. NOt some 2 minute youtube thing, something official with full HD quality and behind the scenes professionally done by the NBA.

I know the NFL does killer video sets for champions, if the NBA has anything for this I'll buy it, just haven't heard anything.

Those are good. I hope they expand this and package it as a DVD.

I guess there is pause for concern. I checked the release dates of the past 5 NBA championship bluray releases and they all came out in the in the first 3 weeks of August. I usually see it being announced a month after the championship. NHL one is coming out August 20th. NBA should be around that spot too but nothing's been announced yet.....

Ya that would be amazing, I would throw a party to watch it with my friends if someone made something like that! I hope they release the dvd but I doubt it would have all the juicy commentary from the talking heads you mentioned etc that made winning each round sweeter. Some guy even said we would lose to orlando, I forget who.

That’s not how validation works.

Not sure if you are referring to a dictionary definition, but showing the Warrior injuries in the highlight package shown to the "NBA World" at the award show is crystal clear in saying to everyone that the Raps won because of Warrior injuries.

I can't tell, but who produces these? The NBA or the teams?
