Personal preference:Give me Nash instead of Iverson on the 2000s team and we're taking down all other Decades

Technically, Allen Iverson is much more of a "legend" than Nash, even if you dont think he's as good a player.

We tried on a specific thread about 2010s Centers about a month ago,poll and everything.

Results were Marc Gasol,Old Man Tim Duncan,Dwight Howard and many comments about small ball line up with Draymond at the 5.

Technically, Allen Iverson is much more of a "legend" than Nash, even if you dont think he's as good a player.

Allen Iverson is a Legend all right,it's just that he's not as much a Point Guard as a Combo SG undersized Marvel of a player.
(Plus he played his peak years at the 2 with Eric Snow as his Starting Point Guard)

Thats a good point. OTOH, Kevin Durant isnt a 4 but they have him listed there, so I dont think they're being a complete stickler for positions so much as what you can reasonably play.

Dwight had what, 5 relevant years in the 2010's as a high impact player.

If AD had 4, which he did, i'd consider throwing him in there.

From a basketball point of view,unrelated to stardom,i'd take Nash's 100 ways to get an assist over Iverson's 100 ways to score a basket with that specific line-up.

Probably. But Iverson does make sense for a legends team over Nash.

If anything, people should be complaining about Lebron being in the 00's team over Dirk.

Give me Anthony Davis (or even old Duncan who was really good until he was 38).

Howard’s prime ended in 2012 in LA. It’s not as if he dominated this decade. Yeah he was the best center for 4 years (some of it in the 00s), but Davis has better prime years so far (2015 and 2018). And He actually has equivalent win shares playing just 7 years while often hurt. Davis is more talented than Howard.
