Probably a 20/7/3 with a dip in efficiency to a 56TS% level with really good defence. It’s Lowry and Gasol I expect to have resurgence a bit with more scoring responsibility

He averaged 19/6.5/3.8 with a .632 TS% in 22 games post all star break last year. Now with the role of our go to scorer you're expecting him to average just a single point more?

I'm figuring 23/7.5/4. With a slight dip in efficiency.

Well your looking at a 22 game sample siZe, whereas I’d be more inclined to look over an entire season. Even in games without Kawhi Siakam didn’t have a huge increase, it was Lowry who took on the main facilitator and scorers role. Those games speak more of what to expect next year.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Siakam/Lowry are more of a Demar/Lowry duo this year. Both averaging about 20 per game.

23/8/4 would be incredible but highly unlikely.
What an absolute failure and disaster this franchise is, ran by one of the most incompetent front offices in the league.

There is no Kawhi, so Siakam will get double teamed more. There will also be more scouting reports on Siakam. I don't expect Siakam to have better stats next year, maybe similar (a bit more scoring), less efficient.

He's not going to put up 27 a night his first year as the #1 option lol. PG, Love, Giannis, Kawhi, and Butler all put up between 20-23 ppg their first season as the top guy. (TMac is the only guy I can recall that did it but he was playing 40 minutes a night)

I'm expecting Siakam to be somewhere in that common range. Optimistically I'll say 24/8/4 with 2nd or 3rd team All-NBA

Pascal is no normal superstar and coach Nurse is a genius. Fear not.

If he's not less efficient he's winning MVP. If Siakam scores 24 points at the same efficiency he'd be putting up Giannis numbers. That's insane offense.

Bosh averaged like 22.5/9 the year after Vince left. I see them as potentially similar players in terms of impact.

They actually have similar stats per/100 in the year before becoming the primary option. Except Pascal is up on TS% and waaaay ahead in ORTG and advanced stats, perhaps because he can shoot the 3 and run a fast break and Bosh didn't do those things or have the team around him to facilitate it.

In pascal's favour, he will get as many touches as wants but has a far better supporting cast and coach.

So I'd say 23/8 is very realistic for PS, and he has a good shot at the all-defensive team and 3rd all-NBA.

Siakam didn't become our clear go to second scorer until after the first third of the season at least. Even if you went with all of his games after January he's putting up similar numbers. Taking in his numbers when he had a smaller role in the offense doesn't make that much sense either.

And then you can obviously toss in playoff games as well. He's closer to 60 games of averaging about 20 PPG as the second option.

22/8/5

I think his passing is the biggest area we will see improve. Drive and kick.

Some of these numbers people are suggesting, he might go back to back MIP. He averaged 17,6 and 3?last year. If he averaged 25,9 and 5 he’s getting a few mentions as an MVP candidate, lol. I think it is optimistically possible that he does 22, 7 and 4. Anything beyond that is a dream. Some dreams come true though...
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Even with Kawhi back, I think he was going to be a 20 PPG scorer which he pretty much was from February till June. Without Kawhi, he's going to have a chance at being a 25+ PPG scorer.

Siakam is a better natural playmaker than a lot of volume iso guys, I don't expect double teams to be a problem for him. He may start off the season jittery and turnover prone but I expect him to look great once he adapts to the role. He's not the type of guy to try to force his way out of a double, hes the type who will react quickly and pass out before he gets trapped in a corner.

Most of the attention was on Kawhi last year and Pascal profited from that. Though i believe Pascal will continue to improve, defenses will prioritize him now which will make things more difficult for him.

25+ ppg is wishful thinking.

Im surprised to see so many of you thinking Skills is gonna to be a 35+% 3PT shooter. Id like to take these bets.

I prresume that hes going to get more USG, and thus used more at the top of the circle, and hes not likely to shoot 68% of his 3s from the corner (where it buoyed his 36.9 3PT%). I just cant see a world where he shoots higher than league average, again under the presumption hes going to be used more on the ball in lieu of Kawhi leaving.

I think, as is the norm, the increase in USG/counting stats is going to be mitigated by a drop in efficiency. Im not a guy who cares about per game stats though.

I very much doubt that his TS% is going to fall by 7% this coming season.
