They really grilling book for this on other sites. People love to hate on book and phx. Can’t wait for the season to start so we can shut these idiots up.

Good there is a veteran PG on the team now. This clip may not be a big deal, still shows young players need time to mature.

I can not stop watching his highlights... Book is a monster putting the ball in the basket, a **** relentless scorer.

He is the best player that we have had since Nash, and he is getting closer to be considered IMO the third best player (Nash, Barkley) in the history of the franchise. He is not there yet, but he has all the tools and talent to be that good in the next future.

I expect big things from him next season.

I see both sides of the argument but this has blown up to this level only because it's in the depth of the offseason and there's nothing else to talk about.

Like basically every offseason at around this time, I can't wait for the season to start

I mean...it’s not really a good look. He seems legitimately bothered by defense trying to make it harder on him, which is not really the attitude you want to see from someone who is presumably trying to get better and become a star. I mean it IS weird to be doubled in a pickup game, I’ve joked about it being not allowed to opponents, but he seemed dead serious lol.

I’m sure he’s getting unnecessarily killed for all sorts of other things in other places since he does have a lot of haters. But for this specific thing...i get it (to a point).

I think he's got a ways to go to get to 3rd best player all things considered. KJ, for example, is no worse than 3rd and was carrying us to the WCF in his 2nd and 3rd years. His first year when we traded for him, and traded away our best player (Nance), we won 27, and went to 55.

Booker would have to lead us to something like that for a couple of years to get close. The defense also REALLY hurts overall. People complained about Nash's D, but it was nothing like this.

KJ had the better supporting squad because they added Chambers, but Hornacek only had a couple years under his belt and Majerle was a rookie....talk about a good young team...1st, 2nd and 3rd year guy with Chambers and 6th man now announcer Eddie Johnson.

Indeed Devin needs to win something and not act like he's bigger than the team or the game in this case. I hope he does it starting next season.

.... was having a bad week and some of those with their ludicrous comments on booker and the suns got me triggered.

Suns haven't been relevant or exciting in any NBA capacity for years and have zero championships to fall back upon. They are the easiest target to drop **** on.
